I love scary trees, it’s the goth in me. Branches liked gnarled witches fingers that would look amazing lit up at midnight by a bolt of lightening. This one was in a field leading up to Houghton Tower in Preston, beautiful sunny day but let’s face it, a subject like this HAS to be black & white.
A trip up to Beacon Fell to collect firewood. It was a bitterly cold day and the mist seemed to smother out all noise which made it very still and eerie. It was creepy as it seemed where the your vision ended and the mist started it looked as if there was nothing beyond and everything just stopped.
These are great. It’s a set of mini lens for an iPhone from photojojo, a fisheye, and a 2 in 1 lens which is a wide angle and also converts to a macro. I used the softbox app to lay the flowers and prawn on as the light is pretty dull today and my 3GS camera isn’t the best quality (roll on upgrade). The results are quite nice, the better ones put in a collage here.
